3-10-5: CONSTRUCTION OR REMODELING PLANS APPROVED:

When a bed and breakfast establishment is hereafter constructed or extensively remodeled, or when an existing structure is converted for use as a bed and breakfast establishment, properly prepared plans shall be submitted to the department for approval before such work is begun. (Ord. 00-03, 4-4-2000)
