Thirty (30) days before expiration of a bed and breakfast establishment license, an application for the renewal of said license shall be made to the department by the holder of the license, on forms furnished by the department. The license application shall be accompanied by a license fee required by the department, which shall not be refundable, and shall contain any change in information since the original license was issued or the latest renewal granted. If, after inspection, the department is satisfied that the bed and breakfast establishment is in substantial compliance with the provisions of this code, the department shall issue a renewal license.
