3-10-2: DEFINITIONS:

In addition to those definitions established in the Illinois bed and breakfast act, the following definitions shall be interpreted and defined as follows, for the purposes of this chapter:

DEPARTMENT: The Logan County health department.

HEALTH OFFICIAL: A duly authorized employee of the Logan County board of health. (Ord. 00-03, 4-4-2000)
