(A) Ratio: Laundry facilities shall be provided in the following ratio: Not less than one single laundry tray and one automatic or semiautomatic type washing machine for each twenty five (25) mobile home spaces or any fraction thereof. (Ord. 86-10, 2-4-1986)
(B) Electrical Outlets: An ample number of electrical outlets shall be provided supplying current sufficient to operate each washing machine. Drying spaces shall be provided sufficient to accommodate the laundry of the mobile home occupants if automatic drying equipment is not supplied. (1972 Code)
(C) Location: The laundry facilities shall be either in a separate service building or, if in the same service building with any sanitation facilities, shall be separated from the rooms housing said sanitation facilities by a soundproof wall. (Ord. 86-10, 2-4-1986)
