3-2-19: SETUP ESTABLISHMENTS:

"Setup establishments", as defined in section 3-2-1 of this chapter, are prohibited in the city, and it shall be unlawful for any person acting as a principal, proprietor, agent, servant or employee to operate a setup establishment. (Ord. 97-15, 11-18-1997)
