1-4-1: PENALTY; GENERAL:
Except as otherwise provided, any person convicted of a violation of any section of this Code shall be fined in the sum of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (Ord. 18-02, 4-3-2018)
