No person shall receive a license to sell alcoholic liquor upon any premises as a restaurant, club, bowling establishment, hotel, or golf course, unless it has the qualifications, respectively, described in section 3-2-1 of this chapter regarding "restaurants", "clubs", "bowling establishments", "hotels", and "golf courses". No restaurant licensed as such shall sell alcoholic liquor except with meals. (Ord. 12-02, 3-20-2012)
