3-1-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:

Any person desiring to carry on any business within the corporate limits of the city as specified below, shall first procure a license so to do from the clerk and pay the appropriate fee therefor. All licenses shall be for a term of one year unless otherwise specified. (1972 Code)
