A. It shall be unlawful to burn any leaves, brush, and other refuse, garbage, grass clippings or other waste products, of whatever kind, outside any building, whether on private real estate or on any public street, alley or road or other public ground at any time; except, that dried leaves and dried brush may be burned between the hours of sunrise and one hour before sunset.
B. All permitted burning must be extinguished so as to prevent flames, smoke or smoldering by one hour before sunset.
C. The use of a burning barrel or like kind of container for burning is prohibited.
D. It shall be unlawful to leave unattended, at any time, the permitted burning, smoking, or smoldering of any leaves or brush. (Ord. 04-97, 7-14-1997)
