3-2-3: REMOVAL AND TRANSPORTATION OF GARBAGE AND REFUSE:
   A.   The removal of any solid waste shall be accomplished in a manner which does not create a nuisance or cause annoyance or discomfort to any person.
   B.   No person shall deposit, collect, or transport garbage or rubbish in such a manner that it may be spread by natural elements, such as wind or rain, or by animals onto any premises. (Ord. 08-2001, 9-10-2001)
