2-2-2: COMPLIANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS:
Operation of a video gaming terminal pursuant to the Illinois video gaming act shall be prohibited within the city limits unless all requirements of said act are met and the payment of the fee set forth in subsection 2-2-1A of this chapter is timely paid with proof thereof prominently displayed on the terminal.
