A. Fee Established: A fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per year for the operation of each video gaming terminal operated within the city limits shall be imposed by the city.
B. Payment Of Fee: The fee set forth in subsection A of this section shall be payable by the terminal operator to the city treasurer commencing on or before the date of operation of each said video gaming terminal and on each anniversary of said date that the video gaming device remains in operation. The city treasurer shall provide proof of payment of the fee. (Ord. 11-2012, 9-10-2012)
