Those persons violating any of the provisions of section 7-2-5 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Each day any violation of any provision of section 7-2-5 of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. Actions brought to enforce any fine or penalty or forfeiture under this chapter shall be brought in the corporate name of the city of Athens, Illinois, as plaintiff. Fines for the violation of this chapter when collected shall be deposited into the city treasury. (Ord. 06-2011, 6-27-2011)
