6-3-6-5: MEASUREMENTS, TESTS AND ANALYSES:
All measurements, tests, and analyses of the characteristics of waters and wastes to which reference is made in subsections 6-3-6-1B and C of this chapter shall be determined in accordance with "Standard Methods For The Examination Of Water And Sewage", latest edition, or a method approved by the superintendent, and shall be determined at the control facility provided for in section 6-3-6-4 of this chapter, or upon suitable samples taken at said control facility. In the event that no special facility has been required, the control facility shall be considered to be the nearest downstream manhole in the public sewer to the point at which the building sewer is connected, provided the superintendent shall be permitted to take samples within the premises of the user, including lagoon, ponds and other places.
