6-1-3: DAMAGE TO, TAMPERING WITH SYSTEM:
No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the municipal waterworks and sewerage system. Any person violating this section shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct. (Ord. O-5-73, 2-20-1973)
