A. Committee On Combined Waterworks And Sewerage System: A committee on the combined waterworks and sewerage system shall be appointed by the mayor and shall make such rules and regulations governing the management of the combined utilities of the city and the conduct of the employees thereof as shall not be inconsistent with this title, and shall be subject to the approval of the city council.
B. Superintendent Of System And Collector Of Service Charges: The mayor, with the consent of the city council, shall appoint a superintendent of the combined waterworks and sewerage system, and a collector of service charges, who shall be the superintendent and collector, respectively, of the combined waterworks and sewerage system. The superintendent shall have the general management and control of the combined system subject to the supervision of the city council. (Ord. O-5-73, 2-20-1973)
