5-3-11: CERTAIN NONHIGHWAY VEHICLES PROHIBITED:
This chapter shall not be deemed to authorize any other nonhighway vehicles, as defined in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-1426.1, to be operated on any streets or roadways within the corporate boundaries of the City upon which the City has jurisdiction (all-terrain vehicles or off highway motorcycles).
