5-2-2: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Anyone found guilty of violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. (Ord. 12-2003, 8-11-2003; amd. 2017 Code)
