A. No Parking Areas Designated: The mayor, in consultation with the city council and the city police department, shall determine and designate certain areas as "No Parking" areas by signs and/or such other markings notifying the public that parking is not permitted in a particular space or area. Anyone found guilty of parking in a designated "No Parking" space or area pursuant to this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00) for each offense. Each day that a person parks in such designated space or area shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 02-2001, 5-14-2001)
