4-6-1: ADOPTION OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS; ENFORCEMENT:
The city hereby adopts by reference the rules and regulations regarding fair housing issued by the department of housing and urban development and shall enforce fair housing standards that comply with and/or in accordance with the fair housing rules and regulations of the U.S. department of housing and urban development. (Ord. 02-96, 5-13-1996)
