(a) There is established the position of Clerk of the Mayor’s Court. The Clerk shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall keep those records and perform those duties as the Court shall require.
(b) The Mayor is authorized to appoint those Deputy Clerks as may be required to assist the Clerk.
(c) Council may provide compensation for the Clerk and Deputy.
