Money collected for the Stormwater Utility will be used for the payment of cost of the management, operations, maintenance, repair, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, replacement, improvement, extension and related costs of the storm drainage system of the Utility. This will provide for the safe and efficient capture and conveyance of stormwater; to mitigate the damaging effects of stormwater runoff and the correction of stormwater problems; to fund activities of stormwater management, including, but not limited to, design, approved planning, regulation, education, coordination, inspection and enforcement activities.
