Longevity Pay will be paid in January of the year following an employee’s tenth anniversary date of hire, upon recommendation to the Village Fiscal Officer by the Mayor or Village Administrator, for faithful Village service at a rate of three hundred dollars ($300.00). longevity pay will continue to increase at a rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per each additional year worked.
