Contributory medical and hospitalization insurance is made available to all Village employees for individual coverage through a group plan. Participation in the plan is at the employee’s discretion.
(a) Contributory insurance is also made available for family coverage with the Village paying a portion of the family coverage.
(b) Any, and all, part-time employees not working a scheduled regular 40-hour week shall not be eligible for coverage under the Village Group Insurance Plan.
