(a) Each employee shall be entitled for each completed eighty (80) hours of service, personal time of one and five and four-tenths (1.54) hours with pay. Unused personal time shall be accumulated up to forty (40) per year.
(b) Personal time can be used in hourly increments. It is used at the discretion of the employee and will follow the procedures specified in Policy and Procedure “Requesting Time Off 2.08". (Ord. 2020-02. Passed 1-6-20.)
