909.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor upon the first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for any subsequent violation. If the offender’s actions result in injury to a person, a violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor of the second degree. Each separate violation shall constitute a separate offense.
