901.14 EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER POSTING.

The permit holder shall post in a conspicuous place at the job site a sign with a 24-hour emergency phone number. This shall be required whenever any travel portion of a lane or a sidewalk is barricaded, steel plates are placed or temporary pavement backfill has been placed.
