901.05 PERMIT PLANS.
   Whenever an excavation is to be performed within the right-of-way, the permit application shall be accompanied by detailed work plans. The plans shall be of suitable size, clarity and scale to show the nature of the work to be performed. The Village utilities shall be shown on the plans in as much as information is available from searching Village records. All conflicts with any Village facility shall be resolved to the satisfaction of the owner Division. The following information shall be included in all plans:
   (a)   Provide the property/street address of the proposed work location.
   (b)   Utility trench data is to include estimated length, width, and depth dimensions.
   (c)   Indicate if excavation is in pavement, sidewalk, driveway, or grass areas.
   (d)   Make notation if a trench, push or bore method is involved.
   (e)   Show distance off R-O-W or centerline.
   (f)   Show edge of pavement and existing pavement markings.
   (g)   Show details of proposed utility taps or other improvements.
   (h)   Indicate type/model/manufacturer of all materials to be utilized for public utility repairs.  (Ord. 2008-11. Passed 12-15-08.)
