(a) No minor under the age of eighteen years shall be outside their residence and/or property between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day unless accompanied by their parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor, or when the minor is on an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
