133.02  INCOME TAX ADMINISTRATOR.
   (a)   The Income Tax Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor.
   (b)   The appointment must be approved by a majority vote of the elected members of Council.  The appointment may be terminated by a two-thirds vote of Council.

   (c)   The Income Tax Administrator shall submit a report to Council at a regular meeting each month.  (Ord. 2008-09.  Passed 12-1-08.)
   (d)   The Income Tax Administrator shall be responsible for the enforcement and administration of the Village Income Tax Ordinance, and the resolutions and rules as defined under Ohio R.C. 733.85.
   (e)   The Income Tax Administrator will be an exempt employee.
   (f)   The position of Income Tax Administrator will be a part-time position.
