103.01 RECORDS RETENTION PROGRAM; PUBLIC RECORDS POLICY.
   (a)   The records retention program attached to Ordinance 2003-08 is hereby accepted by the Council of the Village.

   (b)   The Village’s public records policy attached to Ordinance 2008-06, is on file at the Village Hall. (Ord. 2008-06. Passed 4-21-08.)
