Should the owner or other person in charge of an impounded vehicle wish to forfeit their vehicle to the Village, such owner or person in charge of said vehicle, may do so providing that the impounding fees and all fines are paid in full. In return for the vehicle forfeiture said owner or person in charge will not be subject to the usual storage fees. The collection of personal property from the vehicle shall be permitted only after completion of the vehicle forfeiture to the Village. (Ord. 2022-05. Passed 2-28-22.)
