1161.12 PENALTY.

Whoever constructs, reconstructs, alters, or modifies any exterior architectural or environmental feature now or hereafter within the Design Review District in violation of this chapter, shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to the penalties specified in Section 1121.99.
