1153.02 PERMITTED USES.
   (a)   Uses specified in Section 1147.02 (b) through (f) in the VC District.
   (b)   Nursery schools and day care facilities.
   (c)   Human medical and dental clinics.
   (d)   Churches having not more than 400 seats in the main sanctuary.
   (e)   Permitted uses with drive-through facilities.
