Permanently sited manufactured homes and modular homes, as defined in Chapter 1107 of this Ordinance, shall be considered as permitted uses in any district that permits single-family dwellings. Mobile homes, as defined in Chapter 1107 of this Ordinance and/or Section 4501.01 of the Ohio Revised Code, and manufactured homes not qualifying as permanently sited manufactured homes shall not be considered as permitted or conditional uses in this or any other zoning district in the Village of Ashville.
