The City of Ashtabula Planning Commission shall cause to be kept in the Commission’s office an accurate record of every sexually oriented business establishment license application received and acted on, together with all relevant information and material pertaining to such application, any sexually oriented business establishment license issued pursuant thereto, and any sexually oriented business establishment operated pursuant to such sexually oriented business establishment license.
