In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this Zoning Code shall be held to be the minimum requirements for the promotion of the public safety, health, convenience, abrogate or annul any easements, covenants or other agreement between parties. However, where height of a building, or requires larger spaces or more parking spaces than are imposed or required by other ordinances, rules, regulations or by easements, covenants or agreements, the provisions of this Zoning Code shall govern.
