It shall be the duty of all property owners abutting the public ways of the Town to keep their respective sidewalks, curbs, or gutters in repair, in safe condition, and in compliance with the Code of Ordinance of Ashley, Indiana, and with the law. (Ord. No. 93-03, § 1, 7-12-93)
