a. It shall be the responsibility of the Town Police Department to enforce this article.
b. Enforcement will be accomplished as follows:
l. Upon notice of violation of Section 7-31, an initial letter advising of the violation will be sent to the offending party.
2. The violator will be allowed thirty (30) days to correct or cure the violation.
3. If the violation is not corrected or cured within the thirty (30) day period, a notice of imposition of penalty shall be delivered to the responsible violator.
c. The Ashley Clerk-Treasurer or designee shall collect all paid penalties through the Collection Bureau.
d. The Town of Ashley shall initiate suit for collection in the DeKalb Superior Court, Small Claims Division, or in the Steuben Superior Court, Small Claims Division (whichever has applicable jurisdiction) for all penalties assessed yet unpaid. (Ord. No. 89-10, § 4, 11-13-89)
