a. Failure to meet the minimum requirements as prescribed in Section 2 of this article will result in a fine of no more than forty dollars ($40.00).
b. Each day that a violation of Section 7-31 exists is considered a new offense. (Ord. No. 89-10, § 3, 11-13-89)
