Sec. 7-26   Utilities.
   a.   Water connection to the mobile home shall be brought up from the supply line at frost level by a minimum of one-half('h~ inch pipe inside of a ten (10) inch clay tile with a shut off located in the vertical Pipe twenty-four (24) inches below the ground level and a shut off located at the top of the vertical pipe at ground leveL The connecting line between the vertical pipe and the mobile home shall be a minimum thr~eighth (318) inch copper tubing or acceptable piping wrapped in a manner to prevent freezing during winter periods.
   b.   Sewerage connection from the mobile home to the ground tile shall be of a minimum three (3) inch vinyl or four (4) inch orangeburg, or similar acceptable sewerage tile and connected in such a manner as to insure against leakage occurring between the mobile home and ground tile connections. Flexible tubing with wire reinforcement shall not be used on permanent mobile home installation&
   c.   Fuel System.
      1.   Fifty-five (55) gallon fuel drums feeding gravity type furnaces will be mounted on a commercially manufactured oil tank rack or metal legs properly braced and with legs flared out towards the bottom to prevent upset. The foot of each leg shall rest on a properly leveled four (4) inch by eight (8) inch concrete building block dug in the ground level.
      2.   Elevated two hundred seventy-five (275) gallon tanks feeding gravity type furnaces will have one and on-half (1112) inch iron pipe legs mounted in poured concrete to a depth of eighteen (18) inches to prevent upset and shall have "X" braces connecting each leg to the other in a manner to prevent rocking or tipping of the drum.
      3.   Two hundred seventy-five (275) gallon tanks and fi -five (55) gallon tanks fe&ling gun type furnaces with pump systems may be mount eled concrete base in a manner that will prevent upset.
   d.   Bottled Ga& LP gas tanks of twenty (20) to twenty-five (25) pound capacity will be mounted on the mobile home "A Frame" in a manufactured tank rack with gas regulators securely fastened to the vertical upright above the tanks. ~ gas tanks of sixty (60) pound capacity or greater will be placed on a level concrete foundations or commercially hooded gas tank standard. Tanks standing directly on dirt will not be acceptable Gas feed lines shall be of three-eighth (318) inch or onehalf (`/2) inch copper tubing or onehalf (112) inch iron pipe with flared or standard pipe connection&
   e.   Electrical Servce.
      l.   Electrical service to the mobile home shall be provided by a weather proof minmum thirty (30) amp capacity fuse box at the pole and below the meter for mobile homes equipped with 110 volt inside service box.
      2.   Electrical service to the mobile home shall be provided by a minimum of fifty (50) amp fused weather proof boxes at the pole below the meter for mobil e homes equipped with 220 volt inside service boxes.
      3.   For mobile homes permanently located on private sites, UF type feeder wire with a minimum size of number 8 shall be used and wired directly into the pole box. A #8 UF ground wire shall be connected to the skin of the mobile home and the pole ground.
      4.   No plug-in type connections shall be used at the pole to connect electrical service wire and a shut off shallbe Provided at the pole either by means of a lever type throw switch on the box or a catrridge type fuse switch in the service box.
   f.   Pole, meter and pole service box installations will be in accordance with standards set by the utility company servicing the owner's site. (Ord. No. 64-2, § 6, 6-9-64)
