The permit issued under this article shall specify:
a. That the owner of the mobile home is the owner of the property upon which the mobile home will be located.
b. The location and description of the private site.
c. The date upon which the mobile home will be located on a private site
d. The make, year, model and serial number of the mobile home.
e. A signed statement by thepermittee agreeing to comply with all provisions as stated in this article. (Ord. No. 64-2, § ID, 6-9-64)
