Sec. 7-15   Fees, Budgets and Appropriations.
   a.   Such permit fees that are collected shall be accounted for and deposited in the General Fund, and shall be considered full payment for any inspection services provided by his office on behalf of the parties hereto.
   b.   The Town shall be bound to this participation commencing January 1, 1989, through December 31, 1989, and each calendar year thereafter unless revoked by ordinance or resolution adopted by the governing body on or before December 31 of each year, which revocation shall apply beginning with the next January 1 thereafter.
   c.   The budget and all additional appropriation requests for operation of the County Building Commissioner's office, including office supplies, communication expenses, equipment, staff wages, legal costs, travel costs, and Building Commissioner salary shall be prepared by the DeKalb County Commissioners and submitted to the DeKalb County Council for approval as required by law for all County offices. The annual cost of operation shall be shared by each municipal unit including the County proportionately based upon the assessed valuation of each such municipal unit participating as it relates proportionately to the total of all of the assessed valuations of the participating units.
   d.   That the contact persons for and on behalf of the Town Council of Ashley, with whom the Building Commission can communicate on a current basis, are the incumbents of the office of Clerk-Treasurer or the Street and Utilities Superintendent. (Res. No.~, § 5, 7-10-89)
