All persons shall have the right to appeal the Building Commissioner's decision, first through a body appointed by the Town Council, being the Ashley Board of Appeals, and then through the executive committee of the Administrative Building Council of Indiana, in accordance with the visions of Indiana Code, § 22-11-1-12.5, as it may be amended from time to time.
