§ 37.066  CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PROCUREMENT FOR THE CITY.
   (A)   No employee, officer or agent of the city shall participate in the selection of, or in the award or administration of a contract supported by federal funds if a conflict of interest, real or apparent, would be involved.  Such a conflict would arise when an employee, officer or agent, or any member of his/her immediate family, or his or her partner, or an organization which employs or is about to employ any of the above has a financial or other interest in the firm selected for award.
   (B)   The city's officers, employees or agents shall neither solicit, nor accept gratuities, favors or anything of monetary value from contractors, potential contractors or parties to subagreements.
   (C)   Any violation of the above code of conduct by the city's officers, employees or agents shall be subject to the disciplinary procedures as set forth in the current personnel policies.
