§ 37.063  DISPOSAL OF FUNDS RECEIVED FROM SALE OF CITY PROPERTY.
   All monies received from any sale authorized by § 37.061 shall be deposited with the Finance Director of the city, who shall keep a record of all funds received.  The Finance Director shall apply the funds to the general fund of the city, unless required by applicable law to do otherwise.
