Sections 511.01 to 511.07 inclusive, and 511.99, of this chapter shall not apply to, nor shall be construed to limit access to deny information to, nor authorize the limitation of access or denial of information to the authorized news media representatives in the lawful exercise of their duties to which they would otherwise be entitled.
