351.23 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

All moneys collected pursuant to Section 351.17 shall be paid by the person collecting the same directly to the Director of Finance and Public Record. The Director of Finance and Public Record shall deposit such funds in the Parking Revenue Fund of the City.
