The parking of a vehicle, in violation of a provision of this chapter, except for a violation of Section 351.04(f), shall constitute a minor misdemeanor, but in no event shall the actual penalty therefor be less than ten dollars ($10.00). Whoever violates Section 351.04(f) shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor, the penalty provisions for which shall be in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 4511.69(J)(2).
