305.99 PENALTY.

After the effective date of any ordinance or rule regulating the control of traffic by amending the Traffic Control File, and the erection of signs giving notice thereof, any person upon being found guilty of violating any such traffic control area regulations shall be punished as provided under this Traffic Code.
